What we store

Resume data, template selection, versions, and theme preferences are saved in your browser local storage to keep your workflow persistent between visits.

API keys are used only for model calls and validation in your browser session flow.

Analytics and metadata

We store selected resume metadata, including personal fields, work fields, education fields, and ATS before/after values.

On the free ATS checker, uploading or pasting a resume automatically saves available name, email, phone, job title, education, and location details. This does not require signing in or running a score check. The checker does not store the uploaded file or full resume text.

These records are used for funnel analytics and product insights (for example signup, tailor success, checkout, and downloads).

Third-party processing

• If you use Civi AI, resume and job-description content is sent to Sarvam AI through our server-side integration.
• If you choose to use your own key, content is sent directly from your browser to OpenRouter using your own API key and selected model path.

Your control

• Clear local storage to remove locally stored resume data and versions.
• Rotate OpenRouter API keys anytime from your OpenRouter dashboard.
